摘要
采用超临界CO2萃取技术对叶下珠中有效成分豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇、羽扇豆醇的提取工艺进行研究和探讨。考察了压力、温度、夹带剂用量对有效成分萃取的影响,利用HPLC对叶下珠萃取物中的豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇、羽扇豆醇进行含量测定,计算收率,优化萃取条件。结果表明,最佳萃取工艺为萃取压力20MPa、萃取温度50℃、解析温度45℃、无夹带剂。
The supercritical CO2 fluid extraction was used to extract stigmasterol, β-sitosterol and lupoel from Phyllanthus Urinarial, the technological condition of stigmasterol,β-sitosterol and lupoel extraction was studied.The extraction pressure,temperature and modifier concentration were investigated to try to find out the best extraction condition.Samples were analyzed with a reverse phase HPLC system to calculate the yield.Results showed that the best extraction condition of extracting stigmasterol,β-sitosterol and lupoel from Phyllanthus Urinarial was defined: extraction pressure 20MPa,temperature 50℃,separation temperature 45℃ and without modifier.
