摘要 利用响应面分析法考察了热变性温度、热变性时间和pH对提取大麦根中磷脂酶的比活力的影响。结果表明,磷脂酶的最佳提取条件为:热变性温度为40.97℃、热变性时间为23.76min和pH为4.96,磷脂酶的比活力最大为30.03U/mg,此时的提取纯度最高。 With response surface method, the influences of thermal denaturation temperature, thermal denaturation time and pH on specific activity of phospholipase in the barley root were investigated.The experiment showed that the best extraction conditions of phospholipase were as follows:thermal denaturation temperature was 40.97℃, thermal denaturation time was 23.76min and pH was 4.96.Under the condition,the maximal phospholipase specific activity was up to 30.03U/mg,and the extracting purity was the highest in such a case.
