摘要
采用微波加热的方法,从中药材蛇舌草中提取熊果酸。在5%香草醛一冰乙酸和高氯酸体系中,熊果酸的显色产物对548nm的光有最大吸收,用分光光度法对熊果酸含量进行了测定。讨论了提取料液比、提取功率、提取时间、乙醇浓度等因素对熊果酸提取效果的影响。通过正交实验,确定了微波提取蛇舌草中熊果酸的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶20,提取功率为440W,提取时间3min。与传统溶剂提取法的对比实验表明,微波法不仅节省时间、提取效率高,而且操作简便、快速、结果令人满意,便于推广普及,是一种快速、高效、节能的提取工艺。
Microwave irradiation was chosen as the extracting method for the extraction of ursolic acid from Chinese medicine Herba Hedyrotidis diffusae.In the system of 5% vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid,ursolic acid has the greatest absorption on 548nm.Spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content of the extract obtained from Chinese medicine Herba Hedyrotidis diffusae.The effects of solid-liquid ratio,extracting microwave power, extracting times,and the concentration of ethanol on the extraction were discussed.According to the orthogonal experimental design,the optimum extracting condition of ursolic acid from Herba Hedyrotidis diffusae was showed as follows: the solid-liquid ratio 1:20 ; extracting microwave power 440W; extracting times 3min.Compared with the traditional solvent extraction, microwave-assisted method has the characteristics of shorter extraction time and higher efficiency and simple, rapid and satisfactory.It is a fast,efficient,energy-saving new extraction technology.
