摘要 目的:筛选纯化无花果多糖的最佳大孔树脂及最佳工艺条件。方法:采用静态吸附分离法筛选大孔树脂,并采用动态吸附分离法确定纯化工艺条件。结果:确定层析条件为:上柱溶液pH=8;洗脱速度2mL/min(柱体积30mm×300mm);NaCl浓度为0.03mg/mL。结论:AB-8大孔树脂对无花果多糖有良好的吸附和分离性能,可以达到最佳工艺条件纯化分离多糖,适合于工业化生产。 Methods:The optimum macroporous resin and process were optimized for the purification of total ficus carica polysaccharide (FCPS). Methods: The static adsorption and separation were used in investigation of macroporous adsorption resin, the dynamic adsorption and separation were used in studying the condition of adsorption and separation. Results: The operation parameters on absorption and elution were established. The density and optimum technological conditions were followed : wining up velocity 2ml/min( column volume 30mm × 300mm) ,pH 8,the density of NaCl 0.03mg/mL.Conclusion.The results showed that the AB-8 was the best for adsorbing and separating, and it serves as a good reference for the purification process of the total FCPS. Therefore, the above technique is suitable to industrial production.
