室温固相法制备甘氨酸亚铁的工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 以氯化亚铁和甘氨酸为原料,利用一步室温固相反应合成了一水合甘氨酸亚铁,确定了反应的最佳条件为:研磨时间为70min,30%NaOH加入量为0.5mL,配位比为2∶1,所得产物螯合率为80.35%。通过红外光谱分析、差热-热重、XRD粉末衍射对产物进行了表征,证明了产物的组成为Fe(gly)2.H2O。 Fe (gly) 2 ·H2O was prepared by one- step room temperature solid- state reaction, with ferrous chloride and glycine as raw materials .The optimum technological conditions were found as follows:grinding time 70min, amount of 30% NaOH 0.5mL,molar ratio of the ligand to metal 2:1.The chelate rate of the product was 80.35% in this conditions. The product was characterized by IR, TG- DTA, XRD. The characterization showed that the constituent of the product is Fe(gly)2 ·H2O.
