白桦脂醇、白桦脂酸的研究进展及其前景 被引量:27

摘要 白桦脂醇、白桦脂酸属羽扇烷型三萜类化合物,近年来,这两种天然产物及其衍生物在抗艾滋病病毒、抗肿瘤等方面表现出较强生物活性受到广泛关注,已成为当今一个研究热点。本文从白桦脂醇、白桦脂酸的来源、衍生化研究、生物活性以及提取制备等方面对近年来的相关研究进行概括总结,并对其研究前景进行展望。 Betulin and betulinic acid,triterpenes found in many plant species, have attracted attention recently due to their important physiological and pharmacological properties,such as anti-HIV and anti-cancer activities.This paper reviews about the origin, derivative process, physiological activity and preparation method of betulin and betulinic acid in these years.
