摘要
采用电阻应变式传感器设计原理,研究热处理工艺对40CrN iMo钢弹性体常温滞后性能的影响,利用透射电镜和扫描电镜分析热处理影响40CrN iMo钢滞后的原因。结果表明,下贝氏体组织弹误差体滞后误差最小;850℃相同淬火温度条件下,回火屈氏体组织弹性体的滞后性小于回火马氏体和回火索氏体组织弹性体的;亚温淬火和高温淬火增大弹性体的滞后性。
Effect of heat treatment on hysteresis property of 40CrNiMo steel spring element was investigated with fundamental of resistance strain gage load cell. The causes of the effect of heat treatment on hysteresis property of 40CrNiMo steel spring element were analyzed with transmission electron microscopy (TEM)and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that lower bainite spring element has the smallest hysteresis property error. With the same condition of 850 ℃ quenching temperature, the hysteresis property of tempered troostite spring element is less than that of tempered martensite and tempered sorbite. Sub-critical quenching and high temperature quenching lead to hysteresis property enhancement.
