摘要
摩托车发动机上的20CrMnTi钢制齿轮运行13个月后断齿。对失效齿轮的化学成分、显微组织和渗碳层显微硬度进行综合分析,并采用电子探针和能谱仪分别对断口形貌及夹杂物进行观察和微区成分分析。结果表明,粗大夹杂物是导致齿轮断齿失效的主要原因。
20CrMnTi steel gear used in motor engine was fractured after running for 13 months. The chemical composition, microstructure and micro-hardness of carburized layer were examined respectively. The fracture surface morphology and inclusion composition were analyzed by EPMA and EDS. The results show that the oversize inclusion is the main reason for the gear tooth fracture.
