摘要
为了解决普通磁流变减振器对于高频振动控制不理想的问题,设计了一种将磁流体和泡沫金属结合在一起的新型减振器。对该新型减振器减振特性进行了激振仿真研究和实验研究。结果表明:仿真研究结果和实验研究结果具有较好的一致性,且两种不同的研究方法都证明,对较高频率的振动,该磁流体-泡沫金属减振器有较好的抑制效果。
For the sake of solving the problem of unideal control on the high frequency vibration of the common magneto-rheologic vibration absorber, a kind of new typed vibration absorber that band the magneto-fluid-foam metals together was designed. An excitation simulation study and experimental research had been carried out on the vibration absorbing characteristics of this new typed vibration absorber. The result showed that the results of simulative research and of the experimental study possess rather good consistency; moreover the two different kinds of researching methods all testified that this magneto-fluid-foam metal vibration absorber has better restrain effect for the vibration of rather high frequencies.
