摘要 文中运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对上悬式离心机中的关键部件——转鼓在正常工作状态下的应力进行了分析,探讨了各个参数对强度的影响,找出了该转鼓的危险点,并对结构进行了改进与校核。结果表明:改进后的结构满足强度和刚度要求,减轻了转鼓的质量,减少了焊缝和加工工序,提高了转鼓性能。同时得出了转鼓各参数与应力的影响关系,为今后转鼓的分析和进一步改进奠定了基础。 Utilizing the finite element analytical software ANSYS this paper carried out stress analysis on the key component-- barrate of top suspension centr/fuge under normal working state. Influence of each parameter on the strength was discussed, dangerous points of this barrate have been found and improvement and checking were conducted on the structures. The resnh showed that the structures after improvement satisfied the requirements of strength and rigidity, lightened the mass of barrate, reduced the welding line and machining working procedure, and thus enhanced the functions of barrate. The influencing relationship between each parameter of barrate and stress was obtained at the same time, therefore laid a foundation for hereafter analysis and further improvement of barrate.
