摘要
文中系统全面地应用TR IZ理论进行了林木生物质高效精细粉碎机创新设计。在对实际问题分析的基础上,进行了系统功能分析及根本原因分析,通过技术矛盾定义和创新原理应用、物理矛盾定义和分离方法应用、物场模型建立和标准解法应用确定了粉碎机结构创新设计方案。
By systematically and comprehensively applying the TRIZ theory the innovative design of high efficient precision pulverizer for forest biomasses was carried out in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the practical problems, the analyses of system function and of root reason have been carried out. By means of definition on technological contradictions and application of innovative principle, and of definition on physics contradictions and application of separation method, and of establishment of object field model and application of standard solution, the innovative designing scheme for the structure of pulverizer was determined.
