浙江省2008年麻疹强化免疫异常反应研究

Study on the Results of Adverse Events following the Measles Supplementary Immunization Activities(SIAs) in Zhejiang Province.

目的评价麻疹强化免疫活动中异常反应发生情况,为规范实施麻疹疫苗强化接种活动提供科学依据。方法对浙江省2008年麻疹疫苗强化免疫活动出现的疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)病例开展监测、调查和分析。结果全省共报告AEFI病例173例,发生率为4.02/10万,其中一般反应、异常反应分别91例、79例;异常反应病例中,主要为过敏性皮疹,占81.01%。年龄别发生率方面,1岁组最高,随着年龄增大率逐步降低;发生时间上,近90%病例发生在接种后2天内。结论麻疹疫苗的安全性较高,接种后异常反应发生率较低、症状比较轻微,反应出现快,并随着年龄增大发生率逐步降低,建议在开展麻疹疫苗强化免疫接种或其他大规模接种的时,要做好告知和人群的组织管理,严格实施规范接种,进一步提高工作质量。

Objective To evaluate the adverse events following immunization （AEFIs） following the measles supplementary immunization activities （SIAs）, and to provide scientific evidence on safety for SIAs. Methods The AEFls surveillance was conducted following SIAs in Zhejiang Province in the year of 2008. Results 173 cases of AEFIs were reported and investigated, and the incidence was 4.02 per 100, 000. Among them, the common vaccine reactions, vaccine reactions were 9l and 79 respectively. Meanwhile, 81.01 percent cases of vaccine reactions were rash. In addition, the incidence of AEFIs were reduced by the age, and 90 percent of cases were reported 2 days after immunization. Conclusion The measles vaccine is safety during SIAs, and the AEFIs are mainly among young age and occur in early 2days. We suggest to enhance the informed for the subjects, reasonable management, and strictly inoculate also.
