腰椎间盘突出症现代针灸的腧穴谱

Acupoint Spectrum of Proplapse of Lumber Inter Vertebral Disc with Modern Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:通过考察近10余年来期刊文献,探讨现代针灸防治腰椎间盘突出症的腧穴谱。方法:在中国知识网医药卫生CHKD期刊全文数据库中,分3次检索记录腰椎间盘突出症文献量、针灸疗法应用的文章数目及所有361经穴和40经外奇穴的使用频次,对比分析得出针灸防治腰椎间盘突出症的常用腧穴、少用腧穴和未采用穴。结果:近14年来,有570篇有关针灸防治腰椎间盘突出症的针灸医学期刊文献,占所有期刊医学文献的4.26%,总计173个腧穴被采用,文献使用频次在5%以上的常用腧穴,有环跳、委中、阳陵泉、夹脊、肾俞、秩边、承山、昆仑、大肠俞、承扶、殷门、风市、悬钟、地机、腰阳关、足三里、关元、气海、关元俞、命门、气海俞、太溪、阴交、三阴交、中枢、委阳、水分,计27个腧穴;文献使用频次在≤5%->1%的少用腧穴,有后溪,印堂,太冲等,计50个腧穴。结论:推荐针灸防治腰椎间盘突出症的常用腧穴有委中、肾俞、昆仑、环跳、阳陵泉、足三里、命门、太溪、关元、后溪、人中等11个。

Objective ： by means of the review of medical journal literature in the past decade, research the Acupoint spectrum of proplapse of lumber inter vertebral disc （PLIVD） with modern acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods Retrieval and record the literature amount of PLIVD, article amount with acupuncture, and applicative frequency of 361meridin acupoints and 40 special acupoints in the database of www. cnki. net, and then get the common used, few used and no used acupoints. Result In the past 14years recently, there are 570 articles with acupuncture for treatment of PLIVD occupying 4.26% of all Chinese medical journal literature, 173 acupoints were used. The common used acupoints add up to 27, for example, GB30, BL40, GB34, EX-B2, BL23, BL54, BL57, BL50, BL25, BL36, BL37, Gb31, GB39, SP8, DU3, ST36, RN4, RN6, BL26, DU4, BL24, KI3, RN7, SP6, DU7, BL39, RN9, and so on. The few used acupoints add up to 50, such as,SI3, EX-HN3, LR3, act. Conclusion： Recommend acupoint prescription for treatment of PLIVD： BL40, BL23, BL60, GB30, GB34, ST36, DU4, KI3, RNd, SI3, DU26, add up to 11.
