摘要
针对头支撑方式通气超空泡试验的超空泡形态相似模拟问题,给出了一种能满足超空泡形态相似的空化器设计方法。该方法首先是基于独立膨胀原理,提出了头支撑方式空化器与目标空化器生成形态相似超空泡时,空化器直径与空化器零阻力系数应满足的关系式,以及空化器位置之间的关系;再通过CFD模拟得到头支撑方式空化器的空化器直径与空化器零阻力系数关系曲线;二者结合,最后确定头支撑方式的空化器的设计方案。
A method,which satisfy the geometry similarity of cavity shape for designing cavitator and is used in ventilation supercavitating experiment with strutting at nose section, was proposed. There are tow steps in this method, the first step is to deduce the relationship equation of drag coefficients and diameters between the cavitator used in nose section strutted experiment and the original cavitator to be simulated using principle of independence of the cavity expansiony,the second step is to calculate the curve of drag coefficients and diameters of nose section strutted cavitators by CFD method,with these tow steps an available cavitator could be chosen.
