摘要
文章以DTMB P4119桨为研究对象,运用2D-PIV技术,在大型空泡水筒开展均匀来流下螺旋桨尾流场测试研究。介绍了试验设置以及方案,通过对轴平面不同相位下螺旋桨尾流场的测试,分析了梢涡、尾涡的结构,以及梢涡、尾涡在尾流中生成、演化过程,试验还研究了螺旋桨尾流场随进速系数变化产生的变化情况。试验表明,PIV技术用于大型空泡水筒中螺旋桨尾流场测试是可行的。试验所获得的定量信息为螺旋桨尾流场复杂流动现象的揭示提供了帮助。
The 2D-PIV (Particle Image Velocimetey) technique is applied to measure the flow characteristics of complex flow around a marine propeller in Large Cavitation Tunnel of CSSRC in China.Three important contents ineluding tracer particles, optic way and particle images are dealt with. 95 instantaneous velocity fields were measured for each of 40 different blade phase angle.And ensemble average was made in order to find the spatial evolution of the propeller wake, including tip vortex and trailing vortex sheet, in the region from the training edge to 2.5 propeller diameters downstream. The influence of propeller loading on the wake structure was also investigated at two advance ratios (J=0.744, 0.863). The information from test results can be used to research the complex flow around marine propeller.
