在系统调研及现场考察的基础上，对比分析了湖北省市县两级环境卫生特征指标的差异及原因，并提出了相应的改进措施与建议。

On the basis of systematic investigation and site inspecting, the differences andcauses are analyzed and contrasted with characteristic target of environmental sanitary of counties and cities in Hubei. Relative upgrading measures and proposals are put forward.
