摘要
在杞麓湖小流域内通过建立起草林复合生态系统合理的生态群落结构，并逐级修建拦沙坝，达到分级治理，缓解流域内水土流失危害，减少湖泊、库塘淤积，改善流域内人民生活、生产生态环境质量的根本目的。
Comprehensive treatment is implemented through setting up a reasonable ecological community of grass-forest compound ecological system and building dams so as to achieve Staged treating,alleviate soil erosion,reduce the sediment of lakes and reservoirs and improve the living,working ecological environment of the local people.
