摘要
石屏县依照《云南省红河哈尼族、彝族自治州异龙湖管理条例》，取缔异龙湖网箱养鱼、围栏建筑，强化环境管理使异龙湖水质逐步好转。表明健全管理机制，依法强化管理是控制环境污染和生态破坏的一项有效手段。
According to The Management Rules of Yilong Lake in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province,Shipin County banned cage culture and railed construction and emphasized environment management.The gradual improvement of the water in Yilong Lake shows that the control of environmental pollution and the prevention of ecological destruction rely on the comprehensive and strengthened management.
