116例髋关节置换手术患者围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物分析

Perioperative Prophylactic Use of Antibacterials in Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement Surgery:Analysis of 116 Cases

目的:了解我院髋关节置换手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。方法:对我院2007年1月～2008年12月出院的116例髋关节置换手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的种类、给药频度、联用情况、用药时间等情况进行统计分析。结果:全部髋关节置换手术患者均应用抗菌药物。药物种类以头孢菌素类为主。不合理用药主要表现在预防用药选择起点高、无指征换药、手术过程中应用抗菌药物不规范、术后用药时间偏长等方面。结论:有必要加强我院外科手术预防性使用抗菌药物的管理,进一步规范抗菌药物的合理使用。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the perioperative prophylactic use of antibacterials in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery in our hospital. METHODS： The perioperative prophylactic use of antibacterials in 116 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery and discharged from our hospital between Jan. 2007 and Dec. 2008 was analyzed statically in respect of drug varieties, DDDs, drug combination and medication duration etc. RESULTS ： All of the 116 cases received prophylactic antibacterials, mainly the use of cephalosporins. The irrational prophylactic use of antibiotics manifested as high starting point in drug grade, non - indicated drug change, non - standard use of antibiotics during surgery, and prolonged postoperative use of antibacterials etc. CONCLUSION： It is necessary to tighten control on the prophylactic use of antibacterials in surgical intervention in our hospital to further standardize the rational use of antibacterials.
