Raw Material Visualization System Designing Based on PROFIBUS Network

系统采用固体雷达FMR250进行非接触测量,实时测量连续料位。基于OPC的数据平台能够兼容所有主流的第三方系统。现场总线的连接方式很好地解决了线缆铺设的空间问题,其应用可同时满足中控室内集中维护现场设备的需求,提高了工作效率。

Radar device especially solid radar is used to monitoring level of material silo. Combine with SCADA system based on OPC platform, which can share all the data with 3^rd party system. Fieldbus technology was used to save space for cable and also for cabinet. Centralized control, reduced maintenance task, efficient productivity were also brought by adoption of fieldbus technology.
