The article mainly discusses the application of CC-Link and the touch-panel which used in manufacturing of kilowatt hour meter （singlephase, Three-phase electronic electric degrees）. This system can achieve assembling, testing, packaging and application of fully automatic production line, reflecting the site of the provincial long-distance wiring, high-speed communications, the characteristics of circular transmission.
