摘要
在传统的传感器测试系统中,存在着系统配置时间长、测试精度低、工作量大的问题。为解决系统存在的不足,利用通用性强的PCI接口和先进的图形化语言LabVIEW研制开发了智能传感器测试平台。该系统能够实现传感器的即插即用和自动配置,大大缩短了配置系统的时间。由于信号调理部分嵌入了独立数据采集系统,它同时也是一种USB接口的智能传感器测试信号采集系统,能够对采集的数据进行实时分析,从而更快地得出试验结果。
There are many shortages in the tradition sensor test system, for example long configuring time, high workload and low precision. In order to solve these problems, a type of intellectual sensor test system based on PXI bus and LabVIEW is designed, the plug-and- play sensors are realized, and the system configuration is predigested deeply. Because of the embedded independent DAQ system, it's a USB intellectual sensor test signal DAQ system, and testing results are received quickly by real-time analyzing data.
