智能模糊PID控制印刷机张力的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 印刷机中的张力控制是整台机器控制的难点和关键点,张力的好坏直接关系到产品的质量。本文通过分析影响印刷机张力控制的几个因素,提出了采用智能模糊PID控制印刷机张力的方案,并对智能模糊PID控制的原理和特点及各部分的作用进行了研究,从控制规则表得出印刷机模糊PID控制曲线图。当印刷机不能通过有效的测量手段获得系统干扰与正常参数时,最适合采用智能模糊PID与PLC可编程控制器相结合,实现全闭环控制。该张力控制方式不受外界剌激的影响,使印刷机系统的张力控制性能达到稳、准、快;使印刷机自动化程度达到非常高的水平,印刷产品质量有质的提高。此种张力控制技术是印刷机制造商目前,甚至将来追求的目标。 Tention control of press is the key and difficult point in the whole machine control. The tension is related to the quality of products. By analyzing several factors of impacting press tension control in this paper, the project which could control press tension with adopting intelligent fuzzy PID was put forward. Besides, the theory and each part function of intelligent fuzzy PID control were studied and the press fuzzy PID control curve was obtained from control rules table. If the system interference and normal parameters were not getten through effective measurement means, the most suitable method to achieving whole closed-loop control would be adopted intelligent fuzzy PID integrated PLC programmable logic controller. This tension control is not affected by external stimulation. It realizes stable tension control, makes press automation level achieve excellent degree, makes quality of printing production improve rapidly, makes tension control performance of press system achieve stable and accurate and fast. Not only at present but also future this tension control is press manufacturers' pursuit.
