人才评价体系是一项系统工程,是人力资源管理的一个重要课题,是一个时期、一个阶段人才政策导向的制度体现,人才政策得以实现的基本手段。只有正确选拔人才、有效培养人才、合理使用人才,才能使企业在未来的竞争中立于不败之地。
Evaluation system of talents is a system project and a important subject of human resource management. It is also the institutional reflection of talent policy in a term and the basic measure to realize the talent policies. Only choosing talents correctly, cultivating talents effectively, and utilizing talents reasonably, can an enterprise be in a invincible position in future competition.
