摘要
企业文化对知识密集型的勘察设计单位的生存与发展的作用越来越大,已经成为企业科学发展的根本要求,提升企业管理的有效途径和改革发展的有力支撑,必须通过适当的途径发挥企业文化的应有作用,促进企业科学发展。
Enterprise culture has played a more and more important role in the existence and development of knowledge-intensive survey and design enterprise, and it has become the fundamental requirement of scientific development, the effective measure of improving management and the support of enterprise innovation. The effect of enterprise culture must be played fully in a suitable way to promote the scientific development of enterprise.
