摘要
本文研究了用天然丝光沸石制成的固体酸作催化剂,用固定床流通式连续反应装置进行莰烯酯化制乙酸异龙脑酯的新方法,找到了最佳的工艺条件。本法具有原料消耗低,产品质量好,反应条件温和,以及操作简便等优点,是一个前景良好的新工艺。
A new method of camphene esterification is reported. The reaction was carried out in a fixed bed continually, and catalyzed by a treated natural zeolite. The optimum technical parameters were obtained. This new technology has many advantages, such as decreasing the consumption of raw materials, increasing the quality of product and simplifying the working process.
