摘要 通过富集培养的方法从被石油污染的土壤中筛选得到1株以石油为唯一碳源芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)HJ-1。将菌株HJ-1的发酵液投加到自制的好氧发酵处理装置中(通风量为0.2 m^3/h),添加木屑和稻草作为膨松剂,鸡粪为氮源,在pH值为7-8、含水率为68.51%、菌源HJ-1添加量为4.4%的条件下,进行好氧发酵实验。结果表明:经过24 d的好氧发酵实验,含油污泥的含油率从18.77%降为8.87%,油降解率达到52.7%;发酵过程中石油的降解可以用一级反应动力学模型表示。 A bacterium HJ-1 was isolated from petroleum contaminated soil by enrichment using petroleum as sole source of carbon and identified as Bacillus. The aerobic fermentation experiment was carried out through throwing the fermentation fluid of HJ-1 into self-made aerobic fermentation treatment device in the condition of ventilation of 0.2 m^3 · h ^-1, adding sawdust and straw as raising agent, swab as nitrogen source, pH of 7 -8, water-cut of 68.51%, bacterium HJ-1 as bacterium source with the content of 4.4%. The experimental results show that the oil-cut rate of oily sludge declined from 18.77% to 8.87% and the degradation rate of oil could reach 52.7% through 24 days' aerobic fermentation experiment. The degradation of petroleum may be expressed using first-order kinetic model.
