The environmental scientific technology is regarded as a whole with comprehensiveness and to be commercial.The promotion of achievements in this area should be brought into line with the state plan and serve the need of the society with practical use as well as comprehensive interests.To this end,the sustainable development should be implemented,relative laws be perfected,pollutants supervision and management be strengthened and environmental industry construction be quickened.
