摘要
目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤患者治疗的病情观察及护理方法。方法:对86例重型颅脑损伤患者给予及时而有效的病情观察,并在做好患者一般护理的同时,积极采取措施预防各种并发症。结果:本组67例抢救成功,成功率为77.9%;19例抢救失败死亡。结论:对重型颅脑损伤患者给予严密的病情观察和及时恰当的护理,可提高患者治愈率,降低并发症的发生率、致残率和病死率。
Objective： To explore the observation on the patient s condition and nursing methods in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods： 86 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were observed and treated timely and effectively,and the measures to prevent various complications were taken actively based on routine nursing care.Results： 67 patients were rescued successfully and the success rate was 77.9%;19 patients failed to be saved.Conclusion： Close observation on patient s condition, appropriate and timely nursing care can increase the cure rate and reduce the incidence of complications, disabling rate and mortality.
