摘要
目的:探讨将静脉穿刺"减痛"注射法用于临床带教对患者疼痛、皮下淤血发生率及患者满意度的影响。方法:对140例静脉输液患者采取自身对比法进行传统法静脉穿刺和"减痛"注射法静脉穿刺各280例次,观察患者的疼痛反应、皮下淤血发生率及患者满意度。结果:两种方法患者疼痛反应、皮下淤血发生率及患者满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:静脉穿刺"减痛"注射法较传统法具有疼痛轻、皮下淤血发生率低的优点,提高了患者满意度,增加了护理实习生的自信心和工作主动性。
Objective： To study the effect of the easing-pain venipuncture on the pain,ecchymosis and satisfactory of the patients in the clinical practice teaching.Methods： 140 patients receiving intravenous infusion were punched 280 case times respectively by conventional and easing-pain venipuncture and comparison was made.The response of pain and the degree of ecchymosis and satisfactory of the patients were observed.Results： There were significant difference in the comparison of the response of pain and the degree of ecchymosis and satisfactory of the patients between the two kinds of venipunctures { P 〈0. O1 }. Conclusion ： The easing - pain venipuncture has the advantages of less pain and lower incidence of ecchymosis so as to increase the degree of satisfactory of the patients, and the self - confidence and initiative of the practice nurses can also be enhanced.
