经皮肾钬激光碎石术45例围术期护理

Perioperative nursing care of 45 patients treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser

目的:探讨经皮肾钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对45例肾结石患者行经皮肾钬激光碎石术,并给予精心围术期护理。结果:本组均一次性穿刺成功,42例1次取石成功,2例1次取石1周后行2次取石成功,1例行3次取石成功。结论:经皮肾钬激光碎石术具有患者出血少、恢复快、住院时间短、患者满意度高等优点,充分的术前准备和精心的术后护理是手术成功的关键。

Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of kidney stones by percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser.Methods： Percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser was applied to 45 patients with kidney stones and all the patients were given carefully perioperative nursing care.Results： All the patients were punctured successfully at the first time.The kidney stones of 42 patients were extracted successfully only for one time;two-time clearance in 2 patients and three -time clearance in one patient. Conclusion： The patients treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy with hol- mium laser have less bleeding, shorter stay in hospital and more satisfaction as well as quick recovery. The adequate preoperative preparation and meticulous postoperative nursing care can ensure the success of lithotripsy.
