摘要
目的:探讨四君子汤对D-半乳糖致衰大鼠胃黏膜内CD4+T细胞的数量变化,为四君子汤对衰老大鼠胃黏膜免疫功能的恢复提供形态学依据。方法:雄性w istar大鼠30只,随机分对照组、模型组和实验组,实验组和模型组用D-半乳糖颈部皮下注射,实验组同时灌服四君子汤,对照组、模型组给予等量的生理盐水灌胃,持续42天,取胃窦,用免疫组化SP法显示黏膜内CD4+T细胞,在生物显微镜下计数。结果:对照组CD4+T细胞数为128±9.5,模型组CD4+T细胞数为38±6.4,与对照组相比,明显减少,两者比较有显著差异(P<0.001);实验组CD4+T细胞数为121±10.4,与对照组比较差异不明显(P>0.05),与模型组比较有明显差异(P<0.001)。结论:四君子汤可以提高衰老大鼠胃黏膜内CD4+T细胞数,具有延缓胃黏膜免疫衰老作用。
objective : To explore the quantitative change of Sijunzi decoction to CD4^+ T Cells. And to provide morphological evidence for recovery of the mucosal Immune function in the gastric mucosa of the aging rat. Method: 30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and experimental group; model group and experimental group are injected with D - galactose on nape while experimental group took Sijunzi decoction and control group and model group were given the same amount of normal saline lasting for 42 days; With the gastric antrum, take count of the positive ceils in the mucous membrane with immunohistochemistry to display CD4^+ T cells in the gastric mucosa. Result : the numbers of CD4^+T cells in control group were 128 ± 9. 5, in model group were 38 ± 6. 4, comparison with control group , the quantitative of the CD4^+ T cells in model group decreased significantly in the control group (P 〈0. 001 ) ; the quantitative of CD4^+T in experimental group were 121 ± 10.4, comparison with control group, the quantitative of CD^+ T ceils have no apparendy different ( P 〉 0.05 ), comparison between experimental group and model group, the quantitative of CD4^+T cells are apparent difference (P 〈0. 001 ), Conclusion: Sijunzi decoction can increase the quantitative of CD4^+T cells of the gastric mucosa of the aging rat , and can delay the aging of gastric mucosal immunity.
