针刺配合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮随机对照临床研究

Effect of Acne Vulgaris with Acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Mask Pack

目的:观察针刺配合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为2组,分别采用针刺配合中药面膜和口服异维A酸胶丸治疗,1个月后观察疗效。结果:两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮疗效优于口服异维A酸胶丸。

Objective： To study the clinic -effects of acne vulgaris treated by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask pack. Methods： A total of 72 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 36） and control group （n = 36） . Treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask pack; Control group were treated with/sotritinoin Soft Capsules, The treatment duration of 2 groups was a month. Results： Statistical analysis showed a difference in effect between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and Isotritinoin Soft Capsules has some adverse side effects, acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask pack hasn＇ t any obvious adverse side effects. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask pack is better than Isotritinoin Soft Capsules in the treatment of Aene vulgaris.
