摘要
篮球运动是世界文明进步的绚丽文化标志和社会人文现象,纵观当代的篮球优秀球队的竞技比赛,给人强烈的印象是它的整体性、凶悍性和技艺性、智谋性,并显示着自身的高、大、健、壮、狠、准、美等形态,充分显示现代人类可以通过从事篮球运动去追求崇高的心灵境界、道德修养和无穷智慧。而篮球对抗性强,在比赛和训练中极易发生损伤。论文旨在从训练学、心理学和生理学的角度,对篮球运动中常见运动损伤的原因及预防措施进行研究分析,便于在比赛和平时训练中加强运动损伤的预防,减少运动损伤的发生。
The basketball game is the gorgeous cultural indication and the social humanity phenomenon of the world civilization progress. Make a general observation of the competitions of the contemporary excellent basketball teams, and the deepest impression of it is its integration, termagancy, feat and resource fullness. It is also demonstrating the form of itself, high, big, healthy, strong, relentless, accurate and beautiful, and the idea of the modern human beings to pursue the lofty intelligent realm, morality accomplishment and infinite wisdom by being engaged in the basketball motion. However, it is easy to get injured in basketball training and competition since it is strong. This thesis is supposed, at complying with the angel of training learning, psychology and physiology, after an analysis on reason of and countermeasures for common kinesiologie damage in basketball games, which is convenient to reinforce motion loss in training and competition in ordinary time and cut down the occurrence of motion loss.
