摘要
用紫露草和蚕豆叶尖微核技术分别测定了氟化氢遗传毒性,比较两种方法的测定结果,前者较后者的敏感性强,但由于受生长条件的制约,两种方法不可相互取代。
Genetic toxicity of Hydrogen Fluoride has been determined by techniques of Tradescantia paludosa and leaf point of Vicia faba. The comparison of the two methods showed the former method is more sesitive. But the two methods are not exchangeable because of the growing condition.
