坚持“科技是第一生产力”,强化内蒙古自治区环境科技管理

Strengthen the environmental management relying on the Science and technology as the first productive force in Inner Mongolia

本文就对邓小平“科技是第一生产力”理论的认识，结合内蒙古自治区环境科技工作现状，提出加强自治区科技管理工作的几点意见和建议。

Through Studyed the Deng Xiao Ping's theory concerning the first productive force of Sci-technology and based on the current Status of environmental sci-techndogy management,the paper put forward some Suggestions to Strengthen the environmental management on Science-technology in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
