就我区第一次利用世行贷款建设公路之需，介绍了美国公路环保的管理机制、法规体系、前期规划、在建阶段、运营过程道路安全，以及现代化科技手段在环保方面的应用等信息。

Based on the highway construction of the first time use of World Bank loan in Inner Mongolia,the management system、law and regulation system、initial planning、building stage、operating stage and the use of modern science-technology methods of the highway environmental protection in U.S.A.were introducted.
