基质金属蛋白酶-9在胰腺癌中的表达及在转移中的关系

Expression of MMP-9 in Pancreatic Carcinoma

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在胰腺癌及胰腺正常组织中的表达及与转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测82例胰腺癌及其癌旁正常胰腺组织中MMP-9的表达。结果MMP-9在胰腺癌的表达明显高于正常胰腺组织,且胰腺癌患者中有淋巴结转移组MMP-9的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组。结论MMP-9在胰腺癌组织中有高表达,在胰腺癌细胞突破基底膜向外转移中起着重要作用。

Objective TO investigate the role of MMP-9 in pancreatic carcinoma and the relationship with lymph node metastasis.Methods the MMP-9 was detected by S-P immunohistochemical technique in 82 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and its surrounding normal tissues.Results expression of MMP-9 in pancreatic carcinoma was significantly increased and was obviously higher in lymph node metastasis group than normal group.Conclusion MMP-9 was high expression in pancreatic carcinoma and had an important effect in metastasis when pancreatic carcinoma cell break-throughed the basement membrane.
