摘要
根据痕量硒（Ⅳ）对溴酸钾氧化酸性铬红的褪色催化作用，建立了一种测定硒的新方法。检出限为4μg／L，硒的含量在20～240μg／L内符合比耳定律。方法用于食品中硒的测定，结果满意。
Actording to decloring reaction of Se(Ⅳ) by KBrO3-Acid chrome red-CTMAB System,a methed for the determination ofSe (Ⅳ)is founded.The detection limit is 0.1μg/25ml of Se(Ⅳ). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.5-5μg/25mL.Thismethod can be applied to the determination of Selenium in food with satisfactory result.
