摘要 中国茶文化经历了宋、元、明、清四个时期,1000多年的发展。通过对宋元明清时期中国的茶叶生产,贡茶的发展,茶道、斗茶、茶类的改革与发展,茶具和饮茶技艺的发展和茶书、茶诗、茶画、茶文化对外传播等分别进行了考证,提出中国的茶文化在唐代形成的基础上,在宋元明清时代得到了更进一步的创新和发展,宋元明清时代是中国茶文化发展过程中的一个重要时期。 The Chinese tea culture has experienced four times——Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties,more than 1000 years of development.Through the research on China s tea production,the development of tribute tea,tea ceremony,bucket of tea,the reform and development of tea,the development of tea sets and tea art,and the external communication of tea books,tea poetry,tea pictures and tea culture respectively during the Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties,the author suggested that China s tea culture,on the basis of the formation in the Tang Dynasty, has been further innovated and developed in the S3ng, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Therefore the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties is a very important period during the development of China's tea culture.
