摘要
目的:评价不同产地板蓝根药材的品质。方法:采用微量量热法,测定不同产地板蓝根作用于大肠杆菌的热谱曲线,以生物热力学参数为指标评价其活性的强弱。结果:不同产地板蓝根的生长热力学参数(k1、k2、P1m、T1m和P2m、Tm2)呈现规律性波动,第一指数生长速率(k1)可客观地评价板蓝根品质。结论:生物热力学方法可作为评价板蓝根药材品质的方法之一。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the quality of Isatis indigotica from different habitats. METHODS: The thermal-spectra curves of Escherichia coli treated with I. indigotica from different habitats were determined by microcalorimetry, and the activity of I.indigotica was evaluated with biothermodynamic parameters as index. RESULTS: The biothermodynamic parameters(k1、k2、Pm^1、Tm^1和Pm^2、Tm^2) fluctuated regularly, and the growth rate of first exponential phase(k 1) served as an objective parameter for the quality evaluation of I.indigotica from different habitats. CONCLUSION: Biothermodynamic method serves as one of the methods for the quality evaluation of I.indigotica.
