摘要
目的:研究冠心Ⅱ号煎剂煎煮方法。方法:采用梯度洗脱方法,建立同时测定冠心Ⅱ号煎剂中丹参素、原儿茶醛、芍药苷和阿魏酸的反相高效液相色谱法,考察加水量和煎煮时间对活性成分溶出量的影响。结果:4种活性成分的含量均随加水量增多而增高,丹参素、原儿茶醛的含量随煎煮时间延长而增高,芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量分别在30、60min时达到高峰。结论:适合冠心Ⅱ号煎剂的最佳煎煮方法为加12倍水煎煮60min。
OBJECTIVE: To study the decocting process of Guanxin Ⅱ decoction. METHODS: The RP-HPLC method with linear gradient elution was established for simultaneous determination of danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Guanxin Ⅱ decoction. The effects of water amount added and the decocting time on the dissolution of the active components in Guanxin Ⅱ decoction were observed.RESULTS: The dissolution of four active components increased as the amount of water added increased, while the contents of Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde increased as the decocting time increased. The contents of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid peaked at 30 minutes and 60 minutes, respectively. CONCLUSION : The optimal decocting method of Guanxin Ⅱ is as follows: add 12- fold amount of water and decoct for 60 minutes.
