摘要
目的:分析南方大斑蝥酸水解-丙酮提取物的化学成分。方法:色谱柱为HP-5(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),载气为氦气,流速为1.0mL·min-1,进样口温度为240℃,程序升温,以峰面积归一化法测定各成分相对含量。结果:共分离鉴定出28种化学成分,其含量占总提取物含量的91.997%。其中,斑蝥素占14.091%;其次是不饱和脂肪酸,占13.748%。结论:本方法可为南方大斑蝥的质量控制提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of Mylabris phalerata acidolysis-acetone extract. METHODS: The chromatographic column HP - 5(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm) was adopted with He as carrier gas at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The injector temperature was 240℃ with temperature programming. The relative content of each constituent was determined by area normalization method. RESULTS: 28 compounds were separated, the contents of which took up 91.997% of the total extract, leading the list was cantharidin(14.091% ) followed by unsaturated fatty acids(13.748% ) CONCLUSION: The GC analysis provides a basis for the quality control of M.phalerata .
