自拟五黄汤结合西药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Self-made Wuhuang Tang Combined with Western Medicine for Type Ⅲ Prostatitis

目的:探讨中药组方自拟五黄汤治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎(慢性非细菌性前列腺炎,CNBP)的机制,将中医药治疗的作用机制推进到分子水平。方法:将90例CNBP患者分为2组,每组45例,分别采用西药、中西药结合进行治疗,并对治疗前、后前列腺液常规、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)等指标进行统计分析。结果:患者经自拟五黄汤配合西药治疗后的IL-1β、TNF-α水平与西药单独治疗后比较显著下降,临床症状明显改善。结论:自拟五黄汤能明显改善CNBP患者症状,显著降低患者前列腺液中IL-1β、TNF-α水平,是较为有效的治疗CNBP临床经验方。

OBJECTIVE： To study the action mechanism of the self - made Wuhuang tang（Chinese medicine） in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis（chronic nonbacterial prostatitis, CNBP） so as to promote the action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to the molecular level. METHODS： 90 patients with CNBP were divided into two groups（ n = 45 each）： one group received western medicine alone, another group received integrated Chinese and western medicine（ICWM） （Wuhuang tang plus western medicine） . The indicators such as the expressed prostatic secretions（EPS） routine, IL- 1β, and TNF a before and after the treatment were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The levels of IL 1β and TNF- a in ICWM- treated group decreased significantly and the clinical symptoms of these patients improved significantly as compared with those treated with western medicine alone. CONCLUSION： The self- made Wuhuang tang can markedly alleviate the symptoms of CNBP patients and decrease levels of IL - 1β and TNF - a in patients＇ EPS, thus it is an effective clinical empirical prescription for CNBP.
