摘要
简述了钙钛矿化合物ABO3的晶体结构和两种锂离子迁移机理。归纳了几种不同掺杂类型的钙钛矿型锂快离子导体,并对其电导率、活化能、稳定性进行了简评,对影响其电导率的主要因素进行了初步分析,展望了其未来的应用前景。
The crystal structure of perovskite-type compound-ABO3 and the transference mechanism of two kinds of lithium ion are introduced. The latest research and application development of perovskite-type lithium fast ion conductor, which includes conductivity,activation energy and stability of several different types are reviewed. Meanwhile, the major effect factors of conductivity were analyzed systematically and some scientific tendencies were prospected.
