微涡流絮凝/斜管沉淀技术用于机械搅拌澄清池改造

Micro-vortex Flocculation/Inclined-tube Settling Technology for Reconstruction of Mechanical Clarifier

针对机械搅拌澄清池存在的处理效率低、处理能力不能满足要求、能耗大的问题,提出采用微涡流絮凝/斜管沉淀技术对机械澄清池进行改造。实施上述改造后,澄清池的效率得以提高,出水浊度<3.0NTU。

Aimed at the problems of low treatment efficiency, inadequate treatment capacity and high energy consumption of the mechanical clarifier, the micro-vortex flocculation/inelined-tube settling technology was used to reconstruct the mechanical clarifier. After the reconstruction, the efficiency of the clarifier is improved, and the turbidity of treated water is less than 3.0 NTU.
