摘要
结合西安市邓家村污水处理厂工程,介绍了约翰内斯堡工艺(JHB工艺)脱氮除磷系统的处理效果。实践表明,在较低污泥回流比和内回流比的条件下,JHB工艺运行稳定,出水水质达标,对氨氮和磷的去除率均在80%以上;与传统工艺相比,运行费用较低。
Combined with the practical situation of Xi' an Dengjiacun Wastewater Treatment Plant, the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus by Johannesburg process ( JHB process) was introduced. Under the conditions of lower return sludge flow ratio and internal recycle flow ratio, the JHB process operates stably, and the effluent quality reaches the relevant standard. The removal efficiencies of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus are all more than 80%. Compared with the traditional process, the JHB process has lower operation cost.
