摘要
针对攀钢冷轧废水处理站乳化液处理设备存在的可靠性较低、检修维护频繁、维护费用高等问题,借鉴了设备综合管理思想,采用故障分析技术,查明故障的部位和原因,同时通过改善性维修,提高设备综合效率和实现设备寿命周期费用最小,较好地解决了系统内各设备的固有缺陷,确保了系统安全稳定运行。
There were problems of equipments for emulsion treatment system in the cold rolling wastewater treatment station of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co., such as lower reliability, frequent maintenance overhaul, high cost of production and maintenance and so on. The positions and mechanisms of the failures were found out by combining with the point of view of device life management and using failure analysis techniques. Meanwhile, through the corrective maintenance, increasing overall equipment effectiveness and realizing equipment life cycle cost to be smallest, the inherent defects of equipments in the system have been solved, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system.
