壳聚糖促进大鼠小肠对红花黄色素吸收作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究壳聚糖对红花黄色素(safflow yellow,SY)在整段大鼠小肠中吸收作用的影响。方法采用大鼠在体肠段灌流实验,以整个小肠段为灌流部位,以质量分数为0.01%的SY灌流液为对照组,以灌流液在肠段中循环1.5 h后SY的吸收百分率为考察指标,考察质量分数为0.5%的壳聚糖对SY在整个大鼠小肠中吸收作用的影响。结果对照组SY的平均吸收百分率为(30.83±6.45)%,实验组SY的平均吸收百分率为(54.58±2.78)%,经两独立样本t检验,二者之间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论质量分数为0.5%的壳聚糖能明显提高SY在整段大鼠小肠内的吸收百分率。 Objective To investigate the effects on absorptive action to safflor yellow(SY) in the whole intestinal segment of rat by chitosan. Methods The whole intestinal segment in rats was cannulated for perfusion experiment in vivo. The perfusate of the concentration(w) of SY for 0. 01% was adopted in the control group perfusion experiment. The indicatrix was the percent absorption of SY for 1.5 h after recirculation. The concentration(w) of chitosan for 0. 5% was adopted to investigate effection on absorptive action to safflor yellow(SY) in the whole intestinal segment of rat. Results The average percent absorption of SY in the control group perfusion experiment was ( 30.83±6.45 ) %, and ( 54. 58±2. 78 ) % for experimental group. The mean difference between the two groups was significant in statistics according to independent sample t-test ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The concentration(w) of chitosan for 0.5% can obviously enhance absorption of safflor yellow in the whole intestinal segment of rats.
