老年结肠癌合并肠梗阻外科治疗分析(附73例报告)

Surgical treatment of acute obstructive colon cancer in the elderly

目的探讨老年结肠癌性梗阻手术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院1998年6月至2008年6月收治的73例老年结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者的外科诊治资料。结果73例均经手术治疗,痊愈71例,死亡2例(2.7%),一期切除肿瘤67例(91.8%)。术后出现并发症22例(30.1%)。结论必要的术前准备、对术后并发症的积极防治、围手术期营养支持是提高老年结肠癌性肠梗阻患者手术成功率的重要因素。老年结肠癌并肠梗阻采用一期切除吻合是可行的。

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment Methods The clinical data of 73 elderly patients with acute of acute obstructive colon cancer obstructive colon cancer in our in the elderly. hospital from June, 1998 to June, 2008 were retrospetively analyzed. Results All the 73 cases accepted surgical treatment. Two cases died, the mortality is 2.7%. Sixty-seven （91.8%） cases have one-stage resection. Complications after operation occurred in 22（30.1%） cases. Conclusion The essential preparation before operation and the active prevention and treatment of postoperative complications and perioperative nutrition support are important measures for the surgical success. One-stage resection is feasible to elderly patients with acute obstructive colon cancer.
